This Privacy Policy explains how SIZH IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD ("Varta", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the Varta application at varta.sizhitsolutions.com (the "Service").
Varta is a WhatsApp Business messaging dashboard. Businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business account to Varta in order to send and receive customer messages, manage message templates and view conversation history from one place.
SIZH IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is the data controller responsible for this data.
When you connect your WhatsApp Business account through Meta's Embedded Signup, we receive and store the following from the Meta Platform, with your authorisation:

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the data we receive from Meta for advertising, profiling, or to build data brokerage products, and we do not transfer it to any data broker.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract with you; your consent (given when you authorise the Meta connection, which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; and compliance with legal obligations.
We share personal data only with the processors below, who act on our instructions:

We may also disclose data where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Your data is stored in India. Our service providers may access it from the countries listed above. Where data leaves your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses with those providers.
Data is transmitted over TLS. Access tokens and passwords are stored encrypted or hashed. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel of SIZH IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD on a need-to-know basis, and access is logged.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in section 11. We respond within 30 days.
You can disconnect your WhatsApp Business account at any time from the Varta dashboard, which deletes the stored access token and stops all further data collection. To delete your account and all associated data, follow the instructions at Data Deletion. You may also revoke the app's access (listed on Facebook as SIZHWA) from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
