This page explains how to delete the data that SIZH IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD holds about you through the Varta application at varta.sizhitsolutions.com.

Everything below is self-service. You can do it yourself from your Varta account at any time — no email request and no waiting period. Organizations sign in at varta.sizhitsolutions.com/organization/login.

Option 1 — Delete your entire Varta account

This deletes your account and everything Varta holds about you, including all Meta Platform Data.

  1. Sign in at varta.sizhitsolutions.com/organization/login.
  2. Open the menu showing your organization name in the top-right corner and choose Account settings (/organization/account).
  3. In the Delete account panel, choose Delete my account.
  4. Confirm with your password and type DELETE to finish.

The moment you confirm, your sign-in stops working and your account is deactivated. Any remaining personal records are erased within 30 days, except billing records that Indian tax law requires us to retain.

Option 2 — Revoke access from Facebook

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business Integrations.
  3. Select SIZHWA (Varta) and choose Remove.

This revokes the app's access to your Meta data going forward. To also erase what we already hold, use Option 1.

If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account, email [email protected] from the address registered on the account with the subject line "Delete my account". We confirm your identity and delete the account, all Meta Platform Data, message history and associated records within 30 days, then email you to confirm.

What we keep

Billing records are retained for 8 years where Indian tax law requires it. Nothing else is kept.
